At Thotfy, we’re building a trusted space for artisans and creators to grow their businesses. To protect both you and your customers, all payments must be made through the Thotfy platform using our secure third-party payment providers.

To maintain a safe and professional experience for everyone, the following are not allowed:

• Asking buyers to complete purchases outside Thotfy (e.g., via UPI, WhatsApp, or Instagram)
• Sharing QR codes, phone numbers, or payment links to redirect buyers
• Using someone else's seller account or giving access to yours
• Fulfilling an order initiated on Thotfy outside the platform

⚠️ Important: If a transaction is completed outside Thotfy, we can’t help resolve any issues, and it may result in account suspension.
