- Sign in to your account on Thotfy.com
- Go to Your Account
- Select Profile
- Click on Order History
- You’ll be able to view your recent and past orders
- Select the order you’re having an issue with
- Below the order details, you’ll find a Chat Section
- Choose the product you have an issue with
- Describe your issue clearly and attach images or relevant documents if needed
- Click Send Help Request
The seller will review your request and respond to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If the Seller Is Unable to Help
If the seller cannot resolve your issue, our Thotfy Support Team will step in to assist you further. Please ensure you’ve provided all relevant details and supporting documents to help us resolve the matter efficiently.
