How to Connect a Guest Order to an Thotfy Account
You can purchase most items on Thotfy.com without creating an account. If you placed an order as a guest, you can link that order to a Thotfy account to get help with your order or leave a review.
Steps to Connect Your Guest Order
- Open your email inbox
- Find the order confirmation email you received after placing your order
- This email is sent from info@thtofy.com
- This email is sent from info@thtofy.com
- Click View Your Order in the email
- Follow the on-screen steps to sign in or create a Thotfy account
- Once your order is linked, you can:
- View order details
- Contact the seller for help
- Track your order
- Leave a review
- View order details
Don’t Want to Create a Thotfy Account?
If you prefer not to link your order to a Thotfy account, you can reply directly to your order confirmation email to contact the seller.
Please note:
- Without an account, you won’t be able to leave a review
- You won’t be able to request platform-level support if there’s an issue with the order
I See an Error Saying I Don’t Have Permission to Access This Page
This usually means you’re signed in with a different email address than the one used to place the order.
Try this:
- Sign out of Thotfy on all browsers and devices
- Sign in again using the email address used for the guest order
Nothing Happens When I click the Link in the email.
Make sure you’re clicking the link in the original order confirmation email.
The link to connect your order will not appear in:
- Shipping update emails
- Message notifications
- Promotional emails
I Can’t Find My Order Receipt
If you can’t locate your order email:
- Check your Spam or Junk folders
- Search your inbox for emails from info@thtofy.com
