How to Contact a Shop on Thotfy

On Thotfy, direct communication with a seller is currently only available after placing an order. This helps keep interactions relevant and ensures the seller has all the necessary context (such as your order ID, customization request, or delivery concerns).

If you need to get in touch with a shop owner about an order you’ve placed, follow the steps below:

If You Have Already Placed an Order

Once your order is confirmed, you can contact the seller directly through your Thotfy account.

Steps to Contact a Seller:

  • Log in to your Thotfy Account
  • Click on Your Profile Icon
    • Located at the top-right of the screen.
    • Select “Order History” from the dropdown menu.
  • Find and Click on Your Order Number
    • This will open the Order Details Page for that specific purchase.
  • Locate the “Write a Message or Query” Section
    • A message box will appear under the order details table.
    • Type your message or concern related to that order (e.g., customization clarification, delivery issue, etc.).
  • Click “Submit.”
    • Your message will be sent directly to the seller.
    • The seller will respond via your registered email or mobile number.

💬 All messages are tied to your specific order, ensuring better accuracy and context.

If You Checked Out as a Guest

If you purchased as a guest and want to message the seller:

  1. Go to: Thotfy Account Page
  2. Choose “Create Account” using the same email address you used at checkout.
  3. Once logged in:
    • Your past orders will appear under Order History.
    • Follow the same steps above to contact the seller through the message box.

Linking your guest purchase to an account is essential to access support and order messaging features
