How to Join Thotfy as a Seller and Sell Handmade Products Online?

Thotfy makes it easy for artisans, creators, and hobbyists to sell their handmade products online. Follow this simple guide to register as a seller and start showcasing your creations to the world.


Step 1: Visit the Thotfy Marketplace

  1. Go to thotfy.com.
  2. Click on the “Start Selling” button at the top of the page.
    This will take you to the Seller Registration Form.

Step 2: Fill Out the Seller Registration Form

You’ll be asked to provide a few details about yourself and your brand. Here’s what each field means:

  1. Name Your full name or the name of the seller (e.g., Meera).
  2. Brand Name The name you sell your products under (e.g., Art By Meera). Mobile Number Your 10-digit mobile number for communication (e.g., 9876543210).
  3. Email Address Your active email address (e.g., meera@email.com). Make sure this is correct—you’ll need it to verify your account.
  4. Business Status Choose whether your business is Registered or Not Registered. 👉 Don’t worry if you’re just starting out—Thotfy welcomes unregistered artisans and creators too.
  5. Product Description Write a short, appealing introduction about what you make (e.g., “I create lovable handmade candles that enhance the beauty of any space.”).
  6. Upload Product Image Upload a clear image of your handmade product. This helps our team understand your work and style before approval.

Once all fields are complete, click Submit.


Step 3: Set Your Password

After submitting your registration details:

  1. Enter your password and confirm it in the Password (again) field.
  2. Click Register to complete the sign-up.

Step 4: Confirm Your Email Address

You’ll receive a verification email from info@thotfy.com with the subject “Please Confirm Your Email Address.”

  1. Open your inbox (e.g., Gmail).
  2. Click on the verification email.
  3. Click the confirmation link inside (it looks like https://thotfy.com/accounts/confirm-email/...).
  4. Then click Confirm.

Once confirmed, your Thotfy seller account will be activated.


Step 5: Log In to Your Seller Account

  1. Go back to thotfy.com.
  2. Click Log In.
  3. Enter your registered Email and Password, then click Log In again.

Step 6: Accept Thotfy’s Terms and Conditions

On your first login:

  1. Scroll and read through the entire Seller Agreement.
  2. Tick the checkbox “I agree to the Terms and Conditions.”
  3. Click Confirm to proceed.

Step 7: Seller Account Verification

After confirmation, you’ll be redirected to the seller dashboard

🎉 That’s it! Your Seller registration is complete.

Now you can start adding your products for listing. Once approved(usually takes 24 hours), your products will appear on Thotfy’s marketplace and you’ll officially be a Thotfy Seller.
