What’s the Status of My Order?

You can check the status of your order anytime through your Thotfy account. Order updates help you understand where your purchase is in the delivery process - from preparation to shipment and final delivery.

Because Thotfy is a marketplace where independent sellers manage their own orders and shipping, the seller you purchased from is usually the best person to contact if you need more information about your order.

If tracking details are available, you may also be able to follow your package as it moves through the courier network.

How to Find Your Order Status

You can view the latest updates for your order directly from Order History in your Thotfy account.

To check your order status:

  1. Sign in to your Thotfy account.
  2. Click your Profile icon at the top-right of the website.
  3. Select Order History from the dropdown menu.
  4. Find the order you want to check and click the Order Number.

This will open the Order Details page, where you can see your order status and additional information about the purchase.

You may also receive email notifications when your order is shipped or delivered.

What Do the Order Status Updates Mean?

Order status updates help you understand where your order is in the shipping process.

Your order may show one of the following statuses:

Not Dispatched

The seller has received your order but has not shipped the product yet.

Many products on Thotfy are handmade or customized, so sellers may need time to prepare the item before shipping.

Dispatched

The seller has shipped your order using their courier partner.

You may receive a shipping notification email once the order is dispatched.

In Transit

Your package is currently being transported by the courier service and is on its way to your delivery address.

Delivered

The courier service has successfully delivered your order.

Once your order is delivered, you can review your purchase and contact the seller if needed.

How to Track Your Package

Some sellers provide tracking information after dispatching an order.

If tracking details are available, you may find them in:

  • The Order Details page in your Thotfy account
  • The shipping notification email sent after the order is dispatched

Tracking updates allow you to follow your package as it moves through the courier network until it reaches your delivery address.

My Order Doesn’t Have Tracking Information

Not all shipping methods include tracking.

Since Thotfy sellers choose their own courier partners and manage their own shipping, some shipments may not have tracking numbers.

If you need more information about your order, you can contact the seller directly.

To contact the seller:

  1. Go to Order History in your account.
  2. Select your Order Number.
  3. Scroll to the “Write a Message or Query” section.
  4. Send your message to the seller.

The seller can provide the most accurate updates about your shipment.

How to Check Your Order Status Without a Thotfy Account

If you placed your order using guest checkout, you can still view your order details.

To check your order:

  1. Open the order confirmation email sent from info@thotfy.com.
  2. Click View Your Order in the email.
  3. Follow the link to access your order details.

You can also create a Thotfy account using the same email address to link your order and manage it through Order History.

What to Do If Your Order Is Delayed

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, you can try the following steps:

  • Review the estimated delivery details on your order page.
  • Check the tracking information, if it is available.
  • Contact the seller for updates on your shipment.

Because sellers manage their own packaging and courier services, they can provide the most accurate information about delivery timelines.
