How Do I Change My Delivery Address on Thotfy?

Depending on the status of your order, the seller may still be able to update your delivery address. If the order has not been dispatched yet, you can contact the seller to request an address change.

Because Thotfy is a marketplace where independent creators manage their own orders and shipping, the seller you purchased from is the best person to help update delivery details.

Contact the seller

If you entered the wrong delivery address while placing an order, contact the seller as soon as possible.

Sellers can help you with:

  • Updating your delivery address
  • Checking your order status
  • Making changes to your order
  • Requesting cancellations or returns

You can contact the seller directly from the Order Details page in your Thotfy account.

How to change your delivery address after placing an order

If you placed an order with an incorrect delivery address, first check whether the order has already been dispatched.

If the order has not been dispatched, the seller may still be able to update the address before shipping.

To request a delivery address update:

  1. Sign in to your Thotfy account
    Visit the Thotfy login page and enter your registered email and password.
  2. Go to your Profile
    Click the Profile icon at the top-right corner of the website.
  3. Open Order History
    Select Order History from the dropdown menu.
  4. Choose your order
    Find the order you want to update and click the Order Number to open the Order Details page.
  5. Contact the seller
    Scroll down to the “Write a Message or Query” section.
  6. Request the address change
    In the message box:
    • Explain that you need to update your delivery address
    • Provide the correct address clearly

Click Submit to send your request to the seller.

The seller will review your message and confirm whether the address can still be updated.

If your order has already been dispatched

If the seller has already shipped the order, they may not be able to modify the delivery address.

In this case, you can:

  • Contact the seller to check whether the courier can update the delivery details
  • Monitor the shipment through tracking information if available

Because sellers manage their own courier partners on Thotfy, they can provide the most accurate information about shipment updates.

How to change your delivery address during checkout

If you have not placed your order yet, you can update your delivery address during checkout.

During checkout:

  1. Add your items to the cart.
  2. Click Proceed to Checkout.
  3. Under Shipping Address, enter or update your delivery details.
  4. Review the address carefully before placing your order.

Always double-check your delivery details before confirming payment to avoid delivery issues.

I checked out as a guest

If you placed your order without creating a Thotfy account, you can still access your order details.

To connect your guest order:

  1. Open the order confirmation email sent from info@thotfy.com.
  2. Click View Your Order in the email.
  3. Create or sign in to a Thotfy account using the same email address used during checkout.

Once your order appears in Order History, you can follow the steps above to contact the seller.

The seller wasn’t able to help

If the seller cannot update your delivery address or you still need assistance, you can contact the Thotfy support team.
