Shipping Terms
At THOTFY, we offer FREE shipping on all orders! We know you want your products as soon as possible, in which case you can opt for our 24hr express shipping! on certain non customizable products. We also offer gift wrapping services. If you would like extra discreet or expedited delivery, please reach out to us and weÆll do our best to accommodate your request. Once your order has been picked up by our 3rd party delivery partners, you will receive a text/email. You can always track your order using your order number, or reach out to support@THOTFY.com for more help.
Shipping Timelines
We try to send shipments out as soon as possible. In most cases it takes:
- 24 business hours for order preparation
- 1-3 business days for order delivery to major metro cities
- 5-7 business days for non-metro cities
This may differ based on your pincode, and can be impacted by external delays. We work with well-reputed delivery partners, so delivery often happens earlier, depending on your location. Metro cities usually take less time, while remote locations may take longer. We do our best to ensure timely delivery of all orders.
Return Policy
If you need to return or exchange any items or need help with a refund, we would love to help! If you are wanting to return or replace any unopened, unused item(s) within 72 hours of your delivery date, we are happy to help! For returns, you will be refunded minus the cost of the return processing and original shipping label.
Return exclusions: Used items, such as scratched, writing in books, etc.
We hope that this is not the case for you, but if your order arrives damaged or you are having an issue with your product, please see the ôDamaged or Defective Goodsö section below.
Please note: Packages shipped with a different shipping label than the one provided may not receive a refund or the refund may be delayed
How to return an item
To get your package ready:
- Start your return or exchange request through a mail to support@THOTFY.com.
- Print the shared shipping label.
- Attach the label to the reusable mailer from your original order, or to any other shipping mailer of your choice.
- Drop off your package at the carrier listed on your return label.
Cancellations and Edit Order Requests
We cannot guarantee edits or order cancellations because your order will be sent to our warehouse shortly after you place your order. We request you to communicate the cancellation to support@THOTFY.com with heading Cancel:[orderNumber].
If we are able to cancel your order we will send you a confirmation email of your refund.
Late / Unacceptable Returns And Exchanges
If you do not contact us within 72 hours of receipt, your item may not be eligible for return/refund.The return will be denied or rejected if the product is found used or opened, or the seal has been tampered with.
What if I received a defective or damaged product?
For defective/damaged products, contact us with a photo of the damage and our Customer Experience Team will help you with the next steps.
How does the Refunds work?
You will either get a refund amount (less shipping costs) back to the original payment method you used or a gift card in the form of store credit. You can specify which you would prefer.
All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
If you need a refund for a promo code, you can only use one promo code that can be used per order, we cannot backdate promotions that have already expired, we cannot refund for a promo code without the promo code title, the code must be active at the date of your order.
Refunds can take up to 15 business days to process and will be submitted back to your original method of payment.
You'll receive a notification via email once your refund has been submitted.
