Is the shipping free?

Yes. We don't believe in showing you one price and charging you another - it's 21st century and shipping should and will always be free (at least here at THOTFY).

When will my product ship?

We try to send shipments out as soon as possible because we know what it's like waiting for that package to arrive. In most cases, your order ships one or two days after you place it. However, if we're really jammed, it may take a few days. Once your order has shipped, our delivery partners usually reach out to you.

When will my product be delivered?

We work with well-reputed delivery partners, so delivery usually happens within 5-7 days after shipment, depending on your location. Metro cities tend to take less time, whereas more remote locations may take longer. We do our best to reduce delivery times where possible, and follow up on each order periodically.

How will I know that I have placed my order successfully?

We'll shoot you an email confirmation, which will be your receipt. If you don't have email, you'll receive a text when our shipping partner picks up your items. If payment has been deducted from your account and you don't hear from us, reach out and we'll help you out.

Will my products come together?

We do our best to ship all your items together, so that itÆs convenient and environmentally friendly too. But sometimes certain products arenÆt immediately available, in which case we may send them separately. WeÆll be sure to keep you posted on all the details of your shipment.

Can i Update my shipping address?

Made a mistake on your shipping address? Fear not - reach out to us at the email address below and we'll see what we can do. The sooner you reach out, the easier it will be to change the address, especially if it hasn't left THOTFY.

I don't think the product is as I expected?

How sad! We're sorry the product isn't what you expected. As long as you haven't opened it, reach out to us within 48 hours on info@thotfy.com
